  • Final payment is due before delivery of final files, website publication, or transfer of ownership.

  • Late payments may result in delayed work or suspension of services.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice for future projects or renewals.


5. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Projects canceled after acceptance will incur charges for all work completed to date.

  • Prepaid services (such as hosting, software, or ad campaigns) are non-refundable once activated.

  • Loam Street reserves the right to cancel or refuse service to anyone for any reason, including misuse, harassment, or failure to pay.


6. Intellectual Property

Client Materials

You retain ownership of any materials, logos, or content you provide to Loam Street. You grant us permission to use them solely for your project.

Loam Street Materials

Loam Street retains ownership of all creative concepts, code, graphics, copy, and designs until payment is made in full. After final payment, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise stated in writing.

Portfolio Use

We reserve the right to display completed work, screenshots, or project summaries in our portfolio, social media, or marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.


7. Confidentiality

We value your trust. Any private business information or data shared with Loam Street will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required to complete your project or by law.


8. Third-Party Tools and Services

Loam Street may integrate or recommend third-party tools (such as Squarespace, Google, Meta, or GoHighLevel).
We are not responsible for the reliability, performance, or data practices of those third parties. Their use is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

  • Access to hosted files, design assets, or software accounts may be revoked until balances are paid in full.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clallam County, Washington.
